Dr. Patel is excellent! She takes the time to explain the results of the exam. As a diabetic, she understands the need to share the results of her exam with my endocrinologist, which was something my previous eye doctor never did despite asking repeatedly. The office staff is very pleasant and efficient. I should also mention that they are very conveniently located at VHC. I already recommend Dr. Patel to everyone I know, and my wife is also a patient.
I got an appointment quickly when I said I may have a problem. I didn’t have to wait beyond my appointment time. Everyone who helped me from the moment I walked in was friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. Patel about 12 years now and I’m very happy with the consistency of great service I’ve had from her and her staff.
The doctor and her staff were very professional and Dr Patel was thorough in her examination of my eyes. She provided clarity of the scans and explained clearly what the results were, what it means and what the remedies are if necessary. Thank you.
Dr. Patel's gentle, professional approach to my eye problems have been very encouraging. Her office is well run by knowledgeable staff in the various specialties. Great attentive staff. Marvin was exceptional and the best eye exam I’ve every had. He got it right! Dr. Ahmed was kind and thorough and made me feel at ease. I know I’m in good hands here. So glad I found this practice.

A minor nightmare to actually get your contacts though. I called on the status of my new lenses today, and was told they were on back-order for 1-2 months. The rep claimed to have called and left a voicemail to let me know, but they had not. They also refuse to ship trial lenses (which both of my prior docs always did in situations like this). I am now without contacts until I can find a new supplier since I wasn’t given any sort of advanced warning.
I highly recommend this place - just order the contacts through a separate company!
